Dr. Chennelle Jones is a leader in public safety and social justice, serving as Chair of Public Safety Programs at Franklin University and National Director of Research for the Teen and Police Service (TAPS) Academy. With expertise in race, crime, and policing, she is a sought-after speaker and advocate for community empowerment. As a Think Make Live Youth board member, she brings her passion for mentorship and equity to support and uplift young people.
A highly versatile and creative professional, Williams brings expertise in graphic design, web development, marketing, and strategic planning. With a strong background in digital media, analytics, and sales support, they excel in developing impactful marketing strategies and creative solutions. As a Think Make Live Youth board member, they contribute their skills to enhance outreach and engagement efforts that empower young people.
Dr. Dean M. Hindenlang, with 30 years in nonprofit and government sectors, specializes in strategic planning and equity-focused initiatives. He is the Director of Public Policy at Cascade Hemophilia Consortium, an adjunct professor at Franklin University, and a Think Make Live Youth board member. He holds a Ph.D. and multiple master’s degrees in public administration and related fields.
Tahja Lauderdale is a mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, marketing, business development, and event production. A skilled project manager and people leader, she is passionate about creating impactful opportunities. As a Think Make Live Youth board member, she supports initiatives that empower and uplift young people.
Mary is an experienced nonprofit leader with a background in strategic planning, program development, and leadership coaching. She has held leadership roles across multiple organizations, focusing on mentoring, relationship management, and organizational growth. As a Think Make Live Youth board member, she is committed to empowering youth and fostering strong community partnerships.
Ms. Larrabee, driven by a passion for language and social development, holds a BA in English Literature and a Master’s in French Literature. She earned TESOL certification and studied in Paris. She designed English programs in Madagascar, trained teachers worldwide, and advocates for communities through organizations like CRIS and OSU. She also teaches communication and film at London Correctional Institute.
Justin Hines is a Senior Finance Associate at Nationwide Pet Insurance, managing billion-dollar revenue forecasts, financial reporting, and competitive insights. With 10 years in finance and data analytics, he is a trusted advisor and leader. Also a small business owner and coach at Ohio Speed Academy, he develops top athletes. He holds a BA in Economics from Ohio State.
